By using MenHair, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our service.

Service Overview

MenHair offers a free tier with 2 free hairstyle generations, plus optional paid packages for additional generations. We're actively improving the platform, so features may change, and occasional downtime may occur. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we refine the experience.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MenHair only for its intended purpose: trying on virtual hairstyles. You must:

• Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission

Photo Usage

By uploading a photo to MenHair, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it
• The photo doesn't violate anyone's privacy or rights
• You understand the photo will be processed by AI to generate hairstyle previews

Remember: Your photos are not stored on our servers. They're processed temporarily and deleted after use.

AI-Generated Results

MenHair uses AI to generate realistic hairstyle previews. However:

• Results are simulations and may not perfectly match real-world haircuts
• Actual haircut results depend on your hair texture, density, and stylist skill
• Generated images are for preview purposes only
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated results

Service Availability

We strive to keep MenHair available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We're not liable for any disruption to the service.

Intellectual Property

MenHair's design, code, and branding are owned by us. Generated hairstyle images created using your photos belong to you. You're free to download and use them for personal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

MenHair is provided "as is" during beta. We're not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on AI-generated hairstyle previews
• Dissatisfaction with actual haircuts inspired by our previews
• Technical issues, bugs, or service interruptions
• Loss of data or generated images

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as MenHair evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll post updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Pricing & Purchases

MenHair offers:

• Free tier: 2 free hairstyle generations
• Paid packages: Additional generations available for purchase

Purchases are processed securely by Polar.sh. After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email that can be used to unlock your generations.

License Keys

Purchased generations are delivered via license keys:

• License keys are sent to your email after purchase
• Each key has a set number of generations that decreases with use
• Keys can be used across devices by entering them in the app
• License keys are valid for 6 months from purchase; use your generations within this period
• Lost keys can be retrieved from your purchase confirmation email

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your purchased generations, please contact us at support@menhair.app and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
